Production Information

Susquehanna Life and Susquehanna Business Life magazines will accept ads only in the following formats:

Electronic (disc or e-mail)

• PDF (portable document file) created "Press Ready," high resolution;
• JPEG or TIFF (final image resolution must be 300 pixels per inch)

When preparing materials, all advertisements must conform to CMYK standards (we cannot be responsible for color shifts/changes which may occur in ads not prepared in this manner).

Please note: All advertisements must be accompanied by a reference print to show what the ad should look like. We accept no liability for camera-ready ads supplied to us that do not print correctly.

• 2/3 Page Vertical - 4 7/8" wide x 9 1/2" deep (B)
• 1/3 Page Vertical - 2 5/16" wide x 9 1/2" deep (C)
• 1/2 Page Horizontal - 7 1/2" wide x 4 5/8" deep (D)
• 1/6 Page Vertical - 2 5/16" wide x 4 5/8" deep (E)
• 1/3 Page Square - 4 7/8" wide x 4 5/8" deep (F)
• 1/6 Page Horizontal - 4 7/8" wide x 2 3/8" deep (G)
• 1/2 Page Vertical - 4 7/8" wide x 6 7/8" deep (H)
• 1/12 Page - 2 5/16"wide x 2 1/8" deep (I)

Final Trim Size: 9" x 10 7/8"

For full page "bleed" ads, keep essential matter, such as text, 1/4" inside the trim dimensions on all sides. Extend your "bleed" 1/8" beyond trim dimensions on all sides.
